Vyre Bad Lands is a free game that runs in your browser and as a phone app. We keep what the game needs to work and nothing else. This page says exactly what that is.

What the game stores

  • A random player id. Made on your device the first time you play. It is not linked to your name, email or phone, and it is how the game finds your level, play coins and loadout again.
  • The name you type. Up to 12 letters and numbers. Other players in the same match can see it. Please do not use your real name.
  • Your game progress. Level, experience, play coins, the gear you own, your saved classes and weapon kills, kept on our server against your random id.
  • Your settings. Graphics level, blood on or off, and similar choices, kept on your device.
  • Technical records. Like any web server, ours briefly keeps the network address and time of requests for a couple of weeks, so we can keep the game safe and measure how many matches it can run.

What it does not do

  • No account, no email address and no phone number is asked for.
  • No advertising, no advertising ids and no third-party tracking or analytics tools.
  • No access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or location.
  • No wallet connection and no payments. Everything in the game uses play coins that have no real-world value.
  • We do not sell or share player data.

Who sees it

The game servers and this website are run on rented cloud services (a server in the United States and a website host). They process data for us and do not use it for anything else. Other players see only your chosen name and what you do in a match.

Children

The game is not made for children under 13 and does not ask for anyone's age. It shows cartoon-style weapon combat. A setting turns the blood effect off.

Asking for your data to be deleted

Write to team@vyrechain.com with your random player id (it is shown at the bottom of the game menu, and tapping it copies it) and we will delete the progress stored under it. Clearing the game's data on your device removes your id from the device.

Changes

If this changes, the date above changes. The game does not collect more than described here without this page saying so first.
